This is your journey and we haven't set limits on how much time you should dedicate. Depending on the question and the day, you may chose to write for as long as you wish to as little as 2 minutes.

Depending on your location, most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 days. In certain circumstances it may take up to 7 working days to deliver your journal.

The content within the journals is the exact same! The e-journal is designed to be accessed through a digital device and can be immediately downloaded. The physical journal comes with some additional goodies and is perfect to encourage deep thought.

The heroes mindset course is a comprehensive online course designed to help you discover your strengths, motivations, build great habits and help you become a life long learner. Lead by Gregor and Harjot, the course builds on the Inner Journey Journal which is provided as part of the course. You will be introduced to a community of life long learners who you can build connections with and learn from.
